Project Overview:

– Land Value: ₦600k per sqm.

– Premium: None.

– Title: Federal Certificate of Occupancy (yet to be regularized).

– Development Options: Block of flats, terraces, semi-detached, or maisonettes.

Objective:
To collaboratively develop the aforementioned land into high-quality residential units for sale or lease.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Profit Sharing: The distribution of profits and responsibilities will be subject to mutual agreement.

2. Agency Fee: 10% of the total land value, payable upon successful transaction.

3. Legal Fee: 5% of the total land value for legal services related to the joint venture.
